So the lending industry?

Our industry is has been full of surprises lately. Our government has allowed FHA guidelines to help the first time home buyer and give great rates in the refi market. If you are interested in purchasing a home, our government is giving out a $8,000.00 tax credit for 2009. This is a great incentive to get our economy moving.
